yoga stays stuck on the first pose

the simply yoga app stays stuck on the first pose - even on th 20 minute setting - i used a stopwatch and when the first pose with wave sounds and no instruction stayed for over 27 minutes i gave up the test. there is something wrong.

worse - there is no clear place to ask for help.

maybe i can try re-installing? i wish i could ask somewhere.

so far, i do like the exercise app from the same company.
