Unreasonable pricing

I like the app, and I also like the Daily Workouts app. However, I dont like the steep prices and the apparent fact that I have to rebuy the apps if I want them on my laptop. I paid for them on my phone, shouldnt it transfer? For $2.99, it certainly should..
